Media Production Services:

    •    Services that have already been rendered

Event Tickets:

    •    Tickets for events that are canceled or rescheduled will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

 

To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients, we request that any cancellations or rescheduling be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service cost.

 

Booking Policy:

 

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the video production.

 

Late Arrivals:

 

If you anticipate being late for your scheduled appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to accommodate subsequent bookings.

 

Service Modifications:

 

Any changes to the scope of the project should be discussed and agreed upon prior to the scheduled production date. Additional charges may apply for significant alterations.

 

Client Responsibilities:

 

Clients are responsible for providing any necessary materials and information for the production, including but not limited to music tracks, concepts, and location details. Delays in providing these materials may affect the production schedule.
